When you add an item to your shopping bag, we estimate the processing time and standard shipping delivery date. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a shipment notification email when each item is shipped.

Orders with multiple items may ship at different times in separate boxes. To ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, refer to the estimated delivery dates quoted in your shopping bag, as many of our styles are made to order. We take great care to ensure the quality of each product and prepare it for shipping, and we appreciate your patience while we process your order.

Free shipping for orders over $79 offer for any purchases valid in the contiguous U.S. only. Purchases shipped to AK and HI will be charged $25 flat rate shipping.

Where do you ship to?

Our U.S. website ships to all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

We offer international shipping for select items. To check if an item can be shipped internationally, first click the flag in the site footer and choose your country and currency. Then as you shop, international availability will appear after you select a color and a size. Do you offer shipping protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout safeguarding your order against loss, damage, or theft during delivery. If your order is cancelled before shipping, the Shipping Protection Fee ($2.99) will be refunded. Should your order be fulfilled in multiple shipments, only one shipping protection fee will incur. Shipping fee is subject to sales tax in select states.

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process and is based on existing local, state, and federal laws. For international orders, this includes applicable duties, taxes, and VAT as determined by the destination customs authority. Taxes will be specified at checkout prior to submitting your order.

How do I make a tax exempt purchase?

If you would like to make a tax exempt purchase, please send an email with your tax exempt ID number to customerservice@dbi.com, and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

What's my order status?

After you check out online, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, a summary of your purchase, and estimated processing and delivery times for each item.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to track your package. Here are some other ways to track your order, too:

If You Placed an Order at a David's Bridal Store
When you place an order at one of our stores, you will be given an estimated delivery date. If you would like to check your order's status, call 1-844-400-3222 or text HELLO to 38201.

If You Have an Online Account
Log in to your account at the top of our website. Click My Orders or Order History for a list of current and past orders, then click the order number for order status and tracking information.

If You Checked Out as a Guest
Visit our Order Status page, enter your order number and the email address used to place the order, then select View Order for order status and tracking information. If your order does not appear, please contact Customer Service at 1-844-400-3222 or text HELLO to 38201.

Tracking will become available 24–48 hours after you receive your shipment confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, text HELLO to 38201. If you have not received the shipment notification email within your estimated time frame, call 1-844-400-3222 or text HELLO to 38201.
