What is Diamond Loyalty Program?

Diamond Loyalty Program is the Davids Bridal loyalty program and it's the only one of its kind. Sign up to earn Diamond Points while shopping, receive exclusive discounts and perks, and access gifts including a FREE getaway or honeymoon. For current membership levels and rewards details, see Diamond Loyalty Details.

How do I sign up?

Who can sign up?

Anyone! Brides, bridesmaids, moms, wedding guests, promgoers, and partygoers are all welcome.

What's my loyalty number?

Your loyalty number is the phone number you provided at sign up (10 digits).

How are points calculated, and how can I check my Diamond status?

You ll receive one Diamond Point for each dollar spent (online and in store), including shipping.* You can access your Diamond status, card, coupons, and other rewards on your account page.

How do I share exclusive Diamond savings with friends and family?

When friends and family use your Diamond Number at checkout, they get savings (where applicable) and you earn points toward a FREE getway or honeymoon!* Your Diamond Number is the phone number you registered with and is available on your account page.

I forgot to add my loyalty number at checkout, can I add it to a previous purchase now?

A purchase is eligible for Diamond Points if the purchase occurred after October 1, 2020. If you or one of your friends/family members forgot to add your loyalty number at the time of purchase, you can submit a request for the Diamond Desk to manually add the Diamond Points to your account. You will need a copy of the receipt to verify the purchase. Text VIP to 3820, call 877-714-7766, or email the Diamond Desk through your account dashboard.

Are international customers eligible for the program?

Currently, Diamond Loyalty is available to U.S. customers only. We hope to expand to Canada and Mexico in the future.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please contact Diamond Desk by texting VIP to 38201.

How are points calculated for layaway payments?

Your Diamond Points for a layaway will be applied to your Diamond Loyalty account once the final payment is submitted. You will receive points for the entire transaction amount, not just for the final payment amount.

How many times can offers be redeemed?

Each Welcome level offer has unlimited shares. Send to your friends, family, or your entire guest list! Offers at higher levels may be redeemed once. To get credit for purchases made by friends and family, make sure they use your loyalty number at checkout.

How do I book my getaway and/or experiences?

Once you reach Sparkle level, you will be able to schedule a getaway consultation call with one of our Diamond Desk agents to review and book your trip.

Why do I have to enter a credit card to get my free tote?

Even though the order total is $0, our system needs a credit card to process the transaction. Rest assured, you won’t be charged!

How do I reach different levels within Diamond Loyalty Program?

You’ll earn Diamond Points as you shop and move up from Welcome (0 to 999 Diamond Points) to Glow (1,000 to 1,999 Diamond Points) to Glitter (2,000 to 2,999 Diamond Points) to Shimmer (3,000 to 3,999 Diamond Points) to Shine (4,000 to 4,999 Diamond Points) to Sparkle (5,000+ Diamond Points). When you reach Sparkle, it’s time to pick your FREE getaway from the available options.
