Had a wonderful experience in my first visit, Asya went above and beyond on helping me find my first wedding dress, she was super welcoming and understood what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I can’t wait to have my dress !!!

I had such a great experience at my bridal dress appointment. They have a wide range of sizes and styles. The staff are super kind. There are plenty of special touches that make the dress try-ons even more full and fantastic. The prices are also pretty affordable. Definitely recommend!! EDIT: I wanted to note that later in the day I came back to place my order after realizing I had found my perfect dress already, and I was greeted with such kindness from the same woman who helped me at my morning appointment. Asya was amazing from start to finish. She was great at listening to me and supporting my vision all the way through. She was always positive, sweet, and helpful. I'm so grateful for this experience! **2ND EDIT - DISAPPOINTED: Now that a few months have passed, I realized I might do better in a different size. Rather than trying to go the alterations route, I wondered if I could just exchange my dress for a different size since I hadn't made any changes and even left the tags on. Over the phone, I was told that I could do an exchange even with the months that had passed, as long as I had my receipt. When my mom and I went to the store today, the woman we spoke with was very cold and rude. She kept repeating the policy of no exchanges after 30 days and spoke in a demeaning way. We were never rude or expectant when we asked, so we didn't understand her attitude toward us. We totally get not breaking the policy, but she truly acted like this was about sneakers and not my once in a lifetime wedding dress. Have some compassion. It may be an everyday job for you, but this is a huge mar on my experience with my dream dress. As I left defeated, she asked if I wanted to sell the dress, again acting like this isn't a special garment that I will get married in. I'm really disappointed by this attitude and behavior. I'm not bothered by sticking to the policy, but I am hurt about how she treated me about it. We barely made it to the car before breaking down in tears. Don't let people like that interact with customers in such a sacred space.

Although I didn't find my dream dress here, Grayson was so attentive and assisted me with discovering what I was truly searching for. I enjoyed my experience there and will probably return for other events.
