Over the last few years, we set out to deliver on this promise in new and innovative ways. We expanded our offerings, served you in more ways than ever, and ensured that we had more inventory and faster lead times than our competitors. It has remained clear that you continue to think of us for your big moments, whether that was being a bride, bridesmaid, mother of the bride, your first prom, or a date night out.

The wedding industry and our company have faced a significant amount of disruption due to the lingering impacts of COVID, which led to our recent restructure. Through it all, our belief in the potential of the industry and the magic of David's has not wavered.

Throughout this process our focus remained on you, as it always does. We have worked tirelessly to fulfill and deliver orders as usual, and the team hasn't missed a beat. At the same time, we knew we had to prepare for the future. We had to evolve and focus on ensuring that our nearby stores and our website were optimized to serve all customers, no matter their location. A promise is a promise, and we keep our promises.

We successfully finalized a sale process, and we're moving forward with new ownership that stands behind our vision and our promise. Our new ownership appreciates our strong market position and recognizes how a dream maker will stop at nothing to serve.

So today, I believe we're better than ever, and we're only just beginning. We are taking a new shape that brings the best parts of the David’s you know and love and incorporates them with a fresh perspective.

We are working to expand our presence beyond our stores with our online marketplace, Pearl by David’s; pop-ups; and shops in shops in partnership with other retailers.

We are leveraging all of the insights that we've gleaned from decades of building deep relationships with you to reimagine our role as a nation's leading bridal and special occasion authority.

We have a clear vision for the future: to provide you with incredible value by combining innovative fashion, fit, quality, and price.
