SPONSOR. This David’s x iHeartRadio Music Awards Sweepstakes is sponsored by David's Bridal, Inc., 630 Allendale Road, Suite 250, King of Prussia, PA 19406 ("Sponsor").
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 10 am Eastern Time ("ET"), February 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET, March 4, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). All Entries must be submitted and received within the Sweepstakes Period to be valid and eligible for the drawing.
ELIGIBILITY. Entry in the Sweepstakes is open to persons age 18 and older residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia, who: (i) are legal U.S. residents; and (ii) are available to travel to Los Angeles, California on March 16, 2025 through March 18, 2025 (“Prize Effective Date”). Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their immediate family members are eligible. The term "immediate family member" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
HOW TO ENTER. Entrants must be a current member of the Diamond Loyalty Program by David’s. Entrants can become a member by completing the sign up form located on davidsbridal.com/loyalty. Once this step is completed, entries can be submitted electronically online by logging onto the Diamond Loyalty Member Page at davidsbridal.com/loyalty, accessing the member account page, and clicking “Enter” where prompted. Upon completion of these steps, you will automatically be entered. Limit: One entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Alternatively, entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by sending a self-addressed stamped 3"x 5" postcard with your name, address, phone and e-mail addressed to David’s x iHeartRadio Music Awards Sweepstakes, Attention: Social Media Team, 630 Allendale Road, Suite 250, King of Prussia, PA 19406. All postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received prior to March 5, 2025 to be eligible to be entered in the Sweepstakes.
· PRIZE; ODDS. On or about March 6, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner (“Winner”) to receive: (i) roundtrip, coach class air transportation during the Prize Effective Date for Winner and Winner’s invitee from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence to a major airport in Los Angeles, California, to be designated by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles, California; (ii) hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights in Los Angeles, California, from March 16, 2025 through March 18, 2025, to be designated by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion; (iii) two (2) tickets to the 2025 iHeart Radio Music Awards on March 17, 2025 at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California; and (iv) two (2) tickets to attend the live taping of the Bachelor Happy Hour at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 17, 2025. (Total approximate retail value “ARV”: $4,000.00)
o Any additional air or ground transportation necessary to redeem Prize, or additional fees including service charges, meals, beverages, souvenirs, baggage, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, travel insurance, rental car, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
o Prize is not redeemable by cash, except where required by law. Prize Effective Date is fixed and not subject to modification by Winner. If Winner is unavailable during Prize Effective Date, such Prize will be forfeited and a new Winner will be chosen. Winner and Winner’s invitee must be 18 years of age or older.
o Prize is non-transferable. Prize cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All taxes and other expenses related to any Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner.
o If the ticketed event (s) or any portion thereof is postponed, rained out, canceled, or for other reasons beyond Sponsor and iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc.’s control does not occur, the Sponsor and iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. will not be responsible for replacing the ticketed portion of prize. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon, and seat locations (if any) are as solely determined by iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. The Sponsor and iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the venue operator, prize provider or any other persons providing any prize-related services. If travel delays, cancellations or difficulty prevent arrival in time for the event, the Sponsor and iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Tickets must be redeemed as stated in the prize notification or otherwise stated in the Official Rules. Winner must present state authorized identification prior to being awarded the prize. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winner agrees to accept all space availability requirements established by the venue. Winner and guest(s) must comply with all applicable laws, and any rules and regulations established by the venue. Sponsor and iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. and the applicable venue representatives reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner (and his/her guest(s)) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event or in any other objectionable behavior. Winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANT. Sponsor will attempt to notify the selected entrant within one (1) business day after the random drawing. In the event that any prize notification is undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the selected entrant, or response to a prize notification is not received within twenty-four (24) hours of its issuance, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries. Each selected entrant / Winner agrees as a condition of prize receipt to submit such documentation as Sponsor may require from the selected entrant / Winner (and, if a minor, from such individual’s parent or guardian), and where applicable, Winner’s invitee, to confirm eligibility, agreement to these Rules, such as an affidavit of eligibility and agreement of release, and, except where prohibited, a publicity and liability release, if requested, within two (2) days of receipt of such documentation, or a new entry will be randomly selected as a potential Winner. Such documentation must be received prior to the start of the Prize Effective Date
TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any Prize or Prize element constitutes Entrant's and Prize Winner’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission, technical or other failures of any kind whether such failure originated with Entrant or Sponsor, including without limitation, (i) lost or unavailable network connections, (ii) Web site, Internet or ISP unavailability, (iii) traffic congestion, (iv) the failure of any hardware or software; or (v) postal service delays. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Rules. Entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents or contractors and their employees, officers and directors shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or inability to use, the Prize. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Rules and Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and prize awards are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize based on a random drawing from the eligible Sweepstakes Entries received up to the time of impairment. If due to a printing, production, computer hardware or software or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated entries received. In no event shall more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
Any disputes relating to this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without any resort to any form of class action, and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances shall any participant be permitted to obtain awards for other damages or have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY PROHIBIT OR LIMIT EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Participants waive the right to assert as a condition of winning any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said Prize, and any liability, which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said Prize. Entrants agree that any disputes involving the Sweepstakes or these Rules shall be resolved in state or federal court in Philadelphia PA, and consent to jurisdiction and venue in Philadelphia, PA.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, iHEARTMEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT, INC., PRIZE PROVIDERS, THEIR PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS ("RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION AND/OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, ILLNESS, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN AND/OR ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ELEMENT THEREOF.

PUBLICITY/USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS. Except where expressly prohibited by applicable law, entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's, Prize Winner’s, and where applicable, Prize Winner’s invitee’s, consent (without limitation (including geographical limitation) or compensation to Entrant) for Sponsor, each Prize Provider, and any third party in Sponsor's sole discretion, to use, for any lawful purpose, Entrant's, Prize Winner’s, and where applicable, Prize Winner’s invitee’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, video, and image for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, online or offline, without further permission, consent, payment or other consideration, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited video, photograph, and/or other media taken by Sponsor during the execution of each Prize element.
USE OF DATA. By entering or winning the Sweepstakes, Entrants and/or Prize Winners may be providing personal data about themselves. Sponsor may process this personal data for the purpose of sending marketing emails to the Entrant and/or Prize Winners from Sponsor and its affiliates in accordance with its privacy policy. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and Prize Winner hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information as set out in the DBI Privacy Policy and in these Official Rules. Additionally, Entrants and Prize Winner acknowledge that they have read and accepted the DBI Privacy Policy, including their right to unsubscribe to marketing emails at any time.
