Can I use store credit as payment?

For credits issued prior to December 1, 2023, all gift cards and store credits have been cancelled and no longer contain value. For more information, call 1-844-400-3222.

For credits issued on or after December 4, 2023, all gift cards and store credits can be used in David’s Bridal US stores as payment for new purchases, subject to the terms and conditions contained thereon.

I have a gift card. Can I still use it?

As of December 4, 2023, new gift cards are available for purchase and use in stores.

How do I pay for my made to order item(s)?

If you are purchasing a made to order item, as indicated on the product detail page, shopping bag, and checkout, your form of payment will be charged at the time of order placement. You will be notified of this payment policy and asked to acknowledge it by checking a box upon checkout. The order will not be processed unless the payment policy is acknowledged.
