When you arrive, we'll invite you to have a seat at our welcome desk and tell us about your wedding. We'll ask you to share basic information about your event and your contact preferences so we can provide excellent service throughout your wedding planning process.
We'll introduce you to a wedding consultant, who will be very happy to assist you in finding the gown of your dreams and everything else you need to be a picture-perfect bride.
Keep in mind that most wedding gowns look best with special long-line bras and bridal slips, so we'll be providing these essential foundations when you try on gowns. We have an amazing collection of bridal shoes, headpieces, and accessories, so you'll be beautifully dressed from head to toe.
Finally, we'll show you our fabulous bridesmaid and bridal party dress collections in the colors you love. You'll find that once you've selected your gown, all your wedding-planning decisions will be easier. And we're here to help every step along the way, from your color scheme to bridesmaids' dresses to all the finishing details!
WHEN TO VISIT
If you prefer a serene environment with fewer customers in the store, a weekday appointment is recommended. Because the store isn't quite so busy during the week, our wedding consultants typically have more time to devote to assisting you in finding everything you need to perfectly outfit your wedding.
If you love interacting with a group of people and sharing the excitement of wedding attire shopping with other brides, a weekend appointment is perfect for you. It's a busy, high-energy environment that's fun and inspiring! Your wedding consultant will be assisting you and one other bride.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
No matter when you shop with us, you can prepare for your appointment anytime of day or evening with our online Dress Your Wedding feature. It's an excellent way to preview all your ideas, from dresses and accessories to colors and themes. You can easily create a virtual wedding party and beautifully dress everyone from head to toe. It's a lot of fun to use and it gives you a head start in selecting the styles you'd like to try on. You can even email your wedding "preview" to your friends and family to get their feedback! Print what you create and bring the Shopping List with you to the store, or your wedding consultant can access a list of the styles you selected.
